In case you're confused about how to fill it in:

Name: Self-explanatory; your character's full name.
Nicknames, Aliases, etc: In My Little Pony, most are likely to be nicknamed by shortening their name - "Twilight" or "Twi" for "Twilight Sparkle". However, there may be other nicknames not following this convention. An alias is a false name usually to protect one's identity - for example, Bruce Wayne going by Batman. [/span]
Gender: Self-explanatory. Be it male, female, something else, I don't care.
Age: Assume that ponies and other creatures age at the same rate as humans.
Sexuality: Straight, gay, whatever.
Species: Just about any sapient species in the show is allowed - check out the Species thread in Lore.
Appearance: What do they look like? Often, people just say something along the lines of "Blue eyes and green mane and brown fur", but it's possible to get into a lot more detail than that. What's their physique like? How do they hold themselves? What's their face like - do they have particularly bushy eyebrows, a long snout? Do they wear anything? How do they style their hair?
Kin: Optional. List your character's family members and how they're related. You could also write about how close they are and how they interact.
Other relationships: Optional, to be filled over time. List your character's friends, enemies, lovers, idols, and so on.
Alliances: See the Lore - Factions and Groups thread.
Strengths: What are your character's skills? Be it a really good throwing arm or a talent for singing, just about everyone has some. Here's a partial list of them. Obviously, some might not be entirely plausible for the setting - use common sense.
Weaknesses: What are your character's weaknesses? Everyone has them - things they're really bad at or traits that make them constantly mess up.
Overall: Everything about your character not already detailed elsewhere. Their personality, their history - whatever you'd like to say! A detailed form would have about two hundred words here, talking about their likes and dislikes, their hobbies, their goals, and so on!
